How to Read Your Tire Size
A size such as 215/55R17 means 215 mm tire width, 55 profile ratio and a 17-inch wheel diameter.
Find the numbers on your tire sidewall
- Width: the first number, such as 215.
- Profile: the second number after the slash, such as 55.
- Wheel diameter: the number after R, such as 17.
- LT / Light Truck: use the LT option when the tire size starts with LT.
- Flotation sizes: sizes such as 33x12.50R20 are supported.
